should I purchase a Sleepy Head Pillowcase?
A. Sleepy Head can give a child the gift of a better
night's sleep by helping them fall asleep quicker and
providing a feeling of comfort and security. It is also
beneficial in blocking out the light and noise and for
just making you feel cozy.

type of material is the Sleepy Head made
from?
A. It is made of top-quality 100% Polyester Fleece which
is non-pilling, wicks away moisture, is insulating and
easy to care for.

Q. How do I care for the pillowcase?
A. Care instructions listed below:
- It is best if turned
inside out before washing.
- Machine wash in cold water,
mild soap, gentle cycle
- Do NOT wash with towels
- Do NOT use bleach
- Do NOT use fabric softeners
- Tumble
dry low temperature
- Do NOT iron
- Do NOT dry clean

Is the Sleepy Head fireproof?
A. "Children's sleepwear and fabrics and related
materials intended for use in children's sleepwear in
sizes 0 through 14 are subject to stringent flammability
standards, as codified at 16 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations)
Consumer
Product Safety Commission". The fleece used
for the Sleepy Head Pillowcase has been rated Class
1 of 16 CFR Part 1610.

Is the pillowcase easy to use?
A. Yes, Just stick your favorite (appropriately sized)
pillow in the pillowcase pocket and bring the flap partially
or totally over your head for the desired level of comfort
and security and to block out disturbing light or noise.

the flap still be effective without covering the face?
A. Yes, because of the fullness, it can be arranged
over the crown of the head and then the remaining sides
can be tucked around the ears and neck, creating a shape
of a horseshoe. If the flap touches your face, just
"flick" it from the inside and create a little tent
away from your face.

the user breathe with the flap over their face?
A. Yes, the Flap is made of breathable polyester fleece. It should be noted that this high-quality fleece provides warmth without weight.

Sleepy Head stay in place if the user tosses and turns?
A. If the user starts out with the Flap pulled down
over their head, it will most likely stay in place but
it might need to be arranged again. If they sleep on
their back and start out with the Flap tucked around
the ears and neck, it will not follow their movements.
It may take a night or two for the user to become familiar
with how the Flap will work best for them.

Are there special Sleep Tips for children?
A. Yes: We have listed several below:
- Follow a consistent bedtime routine
- Plan 10 to 30 minutes to get children ready to sleep
each night
- Establish a relaxing setting
- Interact with
children (TV's, computers or video games cannot replace
a parent)
- No food or drinks which contain caffeine
- No medicine with stimulants
- But especially, USE A SLEEPY
HEAD PILLOWCASE!

if Sleepy Head is found to be too warm?
A. This particular fleece keeps the head warm when the weather is cold yet it keeps the head comfortable at other
times, and it wicks away moisture. If the weather is too warm, simply fold the Flap behind or underneath the pillow
so it is out of the way - the comfort of the fleece remains.

do you offer the smaller size Sleepy Head Pillowcase?
A. The smaller size, 13 x 17 inches, is perfect for
those who use sleeping bags because it packs easily
and can be filled with clothing or towels to avoid having
to pack a pillow. The smaller size is also perfect for
people who travel by train or plane and wish to block
out the light and/or keep their head warm.

I purchase a Gift Certificate for Sleepy Head?
A. Yes. Although we do not YET have a place on the Order
form, you may purchase a Gift Certificate by using our
Contact Us page or by calling
us Toll Free at 877-ALL-COZY. The Gift Certificate can
be sent either to you or to the recipient's address.
Our Gift Certificates do NOT expire and there are no
additional charges.

Can I cancel my order?
A. Your cancellation will be accepted without
any charge if you notify us by e-mail within 24 hours
of placing your order. After 24 hours, shipping and
handling will be in progress.

about Back Orders?
A. All patterns, in the Toddler Size, should be in stock.
If we find that an item is not in stock, we will contact
you. Please be sure that you have given us your correct
phone number and e-mail address on the Order Form.
We will let you know the expected arrival date of the
item you ordered, and you can decide whether you wish
to change your choice of pattern or wish to cancel the
order.

Q. Are all patterns and sizes in stock?
A. We try to keep all patterns of the Toddler size
Sleepy Head Pillowcase in stock. The Standard Size
is currently available only on special order. However,
we also try to keep several Camouflage patterns in stock.

based on quantities ordered. We offer discounts for

much do you charge for shipping?
A. Even with the ever-increasing postal / freight charges,
we promise to ship for a $5 flat fee, using USPS Priority
Mail. The postage fee is charged in your invoice as a handling charge, this way we can guarantee your shipping rate no matter how many products you order. If you need your order sooner than the usual
two - three day delivery time, there will be an additional
charge.

long does it take for delivery?
A. If you order the Toddler Size, we can ship within
a day or two and then Priority Mail takes another two
to three days. If you order the Standard Size, a special
order, we will need three weeks before shipping. If
you mail a check, we will need to wait until the check
clears before handling the order.

do I return the Sleepy Head for a full refund?
Although we have not had any returns, we have created
a 'policy' - just in case
A. You may return the Sleepy Head using the Statement
which will be included in your order. We suggest that
you insure any merchandise you return. You will be refunded
the full purchase price of the pillowcase but not the
cost of shipping. You will have to pay the freight to
ship it back to us.

Q. What
are the conditions under which I may return the Sleepy
Head?
A. If you are unhappy with the product, you may return
it within 30 days of receiving it. We have found that
it takes some people two or three nights to become accustomed
to the product so we hope that you will give it a chance
before considering a return.

Q. What
do you do with the used, returned pillowcases?
A. Since we cannot resell them, we wash the pillowcases and donate them to women's shelters, homeless shelters, or wherever there are less fortunate people. It would be a shame to just discard the products when someone can benefit from their use. We will not donate them to any charity for resale.
